Terms of Service
Effective: January 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the use of the online invitation creation and management service provided by allchodae (the "Service").
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides a web-based platform that allows users to create, edit, share online invitations and manage attendee responses.
Article 3 (Credits and Payment)
- 2 credits are provided free upon registration.
- Invitation activation costs 1 credit per week.
- Adding a form section costs 1 credit.
- If an active invitation is deactivated during its activation period, credits are returned for unused full weeks only. Any week that has already started (even by 1 second) is not eligible for return.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable for cash. Credits can only be used within the service. Remaining credits are forfeited upon account deletion.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
- Unauthorized collection or misuse of personal information
- Interfering with normal service operations
- Posting illegal or inappropriate content
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms)
These terms may be updated for service improvements. Changes will be announced through in-service notices.
